If you are in a situation, that currently you have no photography gear, and you want to buy a new DSLR camera, this is the best time to do so. Many will tell you that there is no such thing "best time to buy camera", and the best time to buy camera is when you need. However, actually I think that if you are so close to the time, when you cameras are being shipped, it's probably a good time to wait a few weeks and by your new DSLR camera at that time. There are two possible reasons to do so. The first reason is because you can buy a new version of the DSLR camera that you wish to purchase. The second reason is that you can buy the same camera, the older version, for a lower priced.
Many new DSLR cameras which were announced on September, with probably be available in this month or the next one. And I know that probably most of you, want to buy a new gear. And when I say "new", I mean a recently announced photography gear. I am at the same position like many of you. I currently don't own any camera or other photography accessories. When I heard that I Nikon and Canon had launched new DSLR cameras, have decided to wait few weeks, and when those cameras arrive at my country, I can purchase them.
Alternatively, if you are in a position that you need a camera for a trip, for example, that you're planning in the next week, I wouldn't wait if I were you. Not all of us have time to go outside or go to trade and take photographs. And because, at the end we are staying with digital images on our computer, the best thing to do, is to buy the camera and take those photos. Of course, if you are in the time, that there isn't any expectation for you DSLR cameras to arrive, you should probably get your gear now and start taking beautiful images.
So make your decision, but don't forget to stay up to date with the latest news and the arrivals of new DSLR cameras from leading manufacturers. I will try my best to update this blog, when you DSLR cameras with pop-up in the use. So again, it's your choice, and just take what I said into consideration.
