Nikon 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II Lens

Nikon has announced the replacement for the 300mm f/2.8 super-telephoto lens, the AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II. This professional lens from NIkon, includes its latest vibration reductions system called VR I, which gives the photographer the ability to shoot photos 4 stops lower. It offers a fast aperture and it is compatible with both DX and FX camera bodies. The Nikon 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II is targeted towards action, sports, widlife and photojournalism photography.

Nikon used it's special Nano Crystal Coat in order to reduce ghosting and flare for better image quality. Furthermore, Nikon used Extra-Low Dispresion (ED) elements in this lens in order to minimize chromatic aberration. It has Nikon's super integrated coating (SIC), SWM for fast focusing and a rugged construction that is dust and moisture sealed.
