GoIreland.com, a website for online Ireland's hotel booking has announced its Photography Awards winner. A Dublin City's night-image has won this GoIreland.com amateur tourist photography competition. Many photographers has sent their Ireland landscape photos, hoping to show the world what they are capable of and winning the competition. There are many photography competition across the web. and many amateur and professional photographers, try to win those competitions and get a moment of glory and fame. The is no doubt that this is a marketing kind of competition that helps tourists related websites to gain some temporary worldwide coverage in the news. I have personally tried my luck at dpreview photography daily competition with no luck for 1st place so far.

the winner for the Winter 2009 competition (and see the winning photo too). It was taken by Bernard O'Sullivan from Ireland in O'Connell Street in Dublin (of course). If you are interested in joining GoIreland.com 2010 photography competition, checkout their
