Compare the size of multiple digital cameras side by side

CameraSize.com has updates the site with a new webapp for comparing multiple digital cameras side by side. With the new app you can compare virtually infinite number of digital cameras and many cool new functions are available too.




Here are the new features available in the "Camera Compact Meter" webapp:

1. Compare multiple digital cameras side by side (virtually unlimited cameras)
2. Use a slider to resize the camera image so you can view more cameras on your screen
3. Change a side view in a single click (front, rear, right, left and top views are available for comparison, although not all cameras have all views)
4. Change the position of a camera, move it right or left to another camera
5. Order the camera images by their weight, width, height and depth values. For example, rearrange the camera images from the smallest camera (by width) to the largest one
6. Remove a camera from the list by clicking the 'x' button near the camera's name
7. Share a specific camera comparison on twitter or generate a short link to a specific comparison, which also carries the sorting option. So for example, if you have chosen two cameras and ordered them from the smallest to the largest, that what the user will get to see when he  or she browsed the site via that short link

Using this new Digital cameras size comparison tool, you can really understand how small or how large a digital camera is compared to other cameras. The original camera size comparison app (still available on camerasize.com/compare/) allows you to compare only two cameras side by side, but this one enables you to compare more than two cameras (Although the original webapp contains more detailed information).
